• Performs all necessary assistance according to the needs and wishes of the user, including daily tasks the individual cannot perform due to disability. Provides personal care and personal assistance. Performs household chores. Safely handles and uses household, medical-technical, and orthopedic aids and equipment. Transports and accompanies the user. Maintains work records. Provides accompaniment and assistance at the workplace or during education. Performs other user-related tasks according to the work plan and supervisor's instructions.

• Primary education. Driving license category B.

• Full-time employment (40 hours). Indefinite contract after a 6-month trial period.
