• Organizing and supervising all work phases, monitoring safety measures, handling unforeseen situations, supervising and preparing workspaces and materials, independently performing demanding analyses of biological materials, supervising calibration and quality control procedures, reviewing and interpreting laboratory results, advising clients on diagnostics, ensuring economical resource management, introducing new tests and methods, implementing national and international standards, preparing laboratory documentation and registers, preparing patient and staff materials, handling client notifications and error resolution, knowledge transfer and mentoring, conducting research and project work, organizing work, collaborating in interdisciplinary teams, monitoring laboratory costs, and performing other assigned tasks.

• Specialization in medical biochemistry, experience in laboratory work, ability to perform complex analyses, knowledge of quality assurance systems, understanding of calibration procedures, ability to interpret laboratory results, skills in documentation and register management, capability to handle unforeseen situations and equipment failures, mentoring skills, research and project work experience, interdisciplinary collaboration skills, cost monitoring abilities, and proficiency in implementing safety and quality standards.

• Full-time employment with an indefinite contract after a 4-month probationary period, graded position based on work experience, and opportunities for professional development through research, project work, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
