• Organization and supervision of all laboratory work phases and safety measures. Supervision, control, and preparation of workspaces, materials, and equipment. Independent performance of complex analyses and examinations of biological materials. Supervision and execution of calibration, control procedures, and quality assurance. Review and interpretation of laboratory results, advising clients for rational diagnostics. Ensuring economical management of laboratory resources. Introduction of new tests, methods, and equipment. Implementation of national and international recommendations and standards. Preparation and supervision of laboratory documentation and registers. Preparation of materials for patients and staff, and notifications. Informing clients of errors and resolving complaints. Knowledge transfer and mentoring. Research and project work. Work organization. Collaboration in interdisciplinary groups and monitoring of laboratory costs. Performing other tasks as assigned.

• Specialization in medical biochemistry. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Short-cycle tertiary education. Possession of a category B driver's license.

• Indefinite contract after a 4-month probationary period. Full-time employment (40 hours per week). Graded position based on work experience.
