• Protection of persons and property. Execution of security interventions in protected areas upon order from the security-monitoring center and in accordance with instructions. Reporting on observations, measures, and events in the protected area.

• Minimum secondary education level (completed secondary school for the security guard profession or NPK security guard). Dynamic, independent, and precise work approach. Positive attitude towards work and people. Responsibility and reliability. No criminal record. Mandatory Category B driving license. Completed knowledge test on handling firearms.

• Possibility to obtain the required security guard qualification (NPK) if not already held. Full-time employment with an indefinite contract. Two-shift work schedule.
